WE SHOW NO SIGNS OF LEAVING THE WEB. We have been online since Halloween night 1995, spreading the word about quality cocktail making and the history of mixed drinks. In fact, we have added podcasts and now video podcasts to our repertoire since we first came online 11 years ago.
We are dedicated to presenting you with thoughts about all things cocktail: bits of lore, anecdotes, history, recipes, you name it, plus a healthy dose of reminding you that quality over quantity counts in the true appreciation of the cocktail.
(Also being of legal age in your particular country of residence when you visit this site will make all of us feel a whole lot better.)
